Christiane Zelenyanszki

Christiane is highly experienced strategic, senior healthcare service manager (Prince 2) with extensive clinical grounding, who also brings a PhD in Health Psychology and a BSc in Psychological Sciences. She has extensive knowledge of service delivery, change management, performance monitoring, quality assurance, strategic service planning and strong business management skills.  

In 2019, Christiane led a service improvement initiative i.e. for improving the accessibility and of breast screening for women with learning disability in Surrey and received the British Institute of Radiology: Make it Better Service award.  

Her key skills/experience include: 

  • Experience working in different healthcare setting e.g. worked in England and Germany; NHS and independent healthcare sector 

  • Academic rigour: e.g. PhD in Health Psychology. Christiane has co-authored several academic papers and has presented national and international 

  • Significant change management experience e.g.  

  • Currently, she leads the collaboration between healthcare provider and industry partner to enable participation in an international, multi-centred AI research trial.
