Damilola Onifade
Damilola was born in Ogbomoso, a town in southwestern Nigeria. She holds a bachelor degree in chemical engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2015 and also a master degree in chemical engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in 2020 where she graduated with distinction and top 10% of her class. During her master’s programme, she worked as a research assistant for her project supervisor and has co-authored 19 research publications with focus on waste valorization.
Damilola believes in developing oneself in order to effectively embrace available opportunities and that has placed her in a path of personal development and self-learning. She is passionate about helping people achieve their well-defined goals by mapping out strategic plans and estimating resources required.
Currently, she is working on developing herself, communication, digital and strategic thinking skills. Her goal is to work in a multinational company in the field of technology and/or consulting, developing strategies for achieving goals that positively impact the company as well as society.
She loves reading, listening to music and sings quite well.
