Dorcus is from Uganda.

Dorcus Magoba is an HR professional with vast experience in Management, Training and Development of Individuals and Administration. She is a Co- Founder of CMC Africa: a Training, Communication and HR Consulting Firm focused on helping companies retain and engage talent, improve communication and performance at individual and company level. She has designed and implemented highly successful programs for employee retention, Team building, internal and external customer satisfaction, leadership development, performance management systems for organizations like Adroit Consult International, Tenge collections, Days for Girls International, Uganda National Meteorological Authority and among others.

For the last 7 years has been part of a mentorship program for university students to help them transition out of the university. This gave birth to TEM (Teach, Empower and Mentor) Africa, a program that mentors ladies to discover their potential to become extra ordinary at what they are purposed to do.

She holds an MA in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts with Education (Literature and English) from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a leadership course at Harvest Institute. She has worked with several organizations including New vision Printing & Publishing Co. Ltd, Success Africa Ltd,is currently serving Humanity at Uganda Red Cross Society as a Branch Manager and consults with Strategic Engagements Ltd (HR Firm) as an HR Associate. She also serves as a board member for different organizations including Educate Bwindi and Amurwo Initiative.
