Ekenedilichukwu Okolie has over 8years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Masters in Information Technology (MIT) from Ladoke Akintola University, complementing her background as a graduate in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
In her latest role as the founder of the STEM Damsel Empowerment Network, a nonprofit organization deeply devoted to its mission, she is actively addressing the underrepresentation of women and girls in STEM fields through a comprehensive approach. This approach encompasses advocacy, mentorship, the dismantling of gender biases, the promotion of diversity, and the provision of influential role models, all working together to forge a path toward greater equity in the realms of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Ekenes’ role includes setting a clear vision for our organization's mission, establishing meaningful collaborations, and overseeing the growth and impact of our mentorship initiatives.
