Elishua Ngoma

Elishua is a data scientist and researcher passionate about using data and technology to drive positive social change. She holds a Master's degree in Data Science and an undergraduate degree in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Over the past few years, Elishua has gained experience analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and inform strategies. She has worked as a data analyst for NGOs and in the private financial sector, and conducted independent research on elections and peace-building in Africa. Additionally, she has taught subjects related to research methodology and critical thinking at the university level.

Her career aspirations include becoming a leader in the responsible development of AI and using data-driven solutions to address social issues. She is also an entrepreneur, running a business that provides branding and marketing services. Outside of her professional pursuits, Elishua enjoys painting, gardening and being active at her Church.
