Elizabeth Masitsa
Elizabeth Masitsa is a Learning and Development Coordinator who develops training content, coordinates and facilitates training and coaching sessions for the employees at Bidhaa Sasa.
Elizabeth believes that training is a continuous process not only key to the operational excellence of the organization, but is a pillar for the personal and professional development of every individual. Elizabeth is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to foster a learning culture within the organization.
In addition to managing training at Bidhaa Sasa, Elizabeth volunteers for the Bipolar Society of Africa, creating learning content and facilitating forums for the association. She has been commended for her commitment to learning and development through continuous book donation to the Zetech University library. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology Education from Moi University.
In her free time, Elizabeth likes to bake bread and cakes, work on cross word puzzles and Sudoku as well as explore the world of African literature.
