Hakan Altinay

Hakan is from Turkey.

Hakan Altinay is the President of the Global Civics Academy. Altinay is a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, a global ethics fellow at the Carnegie Council, and a world fellow at Yale University. His book, Global Civics: Responsibilities and Rights in an Interdependent World was published in 2011, and has been translated into Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. He is also the Director of the European School of Politics in Istanbul.
