Karam El Dik

Karam El Dik is 27 years old. He is a seasoned management consultant with Deloitte and Touche; where for more than 5 years, Karam has supported clients in various industries in managing and successfully delivering several complex business and technology transformation projects. 

His key projects include: 

• managing the implementation of a core-banking solution
• managing the organisation changes resulting from implementing shared services centres
• developing frameworks and guidelines to manage governmental projects

Before devoting his work fulltime to Deloitte Consulting, Karam served as a founder of a youth-led social enterprise where he supported university students in developing leadership skills and providing them with a platform to create social impact in different countries globally. In addition, he served as a board of advisor for a consulting organisation providing advisory to social enterprises and NGOs. Karam helped both organisations to scale up locally and regionally. 

Karam has graduated from the American University of Beirut with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. 

In his free time, Karam is an avid traveller; visiting more than 40 countries to date; a professional Scrabble player, and an aspiring entrepreneur.
