Malak Shuaibi

Malak Shuaibi is a Canadian–Jordanian professional who recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Princess Sumaya University for Technology. She combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience gained through diverse internships in Jordan and Dubai.

Her professional skills focus on efficient operations and data management. As a Logistics Intern with Dubai Humanitarian, Malak worked on improving data accuracy by correcting missing values in import and export records and digitising datasets to ensure reporting compliance. She also gained comprehensive experience in human resources and administrative support through roles at Education for Employment (EFE) Jordan and CARE International, where she supported recruitment processes, managed onboarding, and organised digital personnel records.

Skilled in data analysis and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Malak is seeking to transition her foundational knowledge into a more strategic role. Her long-term goal is to become a leader in international business or humanitarian logistics, applying her training in supply chain risk and resilience to drive efficient, compliant global operations. She is fluent in Arabic (native proficiency) and English (professional proficiency).
