Founder and Managing Partner at the Colker, Gelardin & Co, a private investment banking partnership whose main activities are international corporate finance advisory services for important global entrepreneurs and multi national family controlled companies.

Richard has also been the Managing Director, Investment Banking and Member of the Board of Directors of Kidder, Peabody Italia S.p.A.. until 1990. His responsibilities included heading the European Investment, banking division whose products ranged from cross-border, M&A advisory services to international equity and debt offerings on a public and private basis for corporate and sovereign issuers.
