Atwiine Frank

Atwiine Frank is a results-driven Monitoring & Evaluation professional with expertise in project management, data collection, and community development. He currently serves as Field Supervisor at Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), leading teams in nationwide surveys to ensure accurate, high-quality data for policy and planning.

Previously, he worked as M&E Officer at Mobile Scan Solutions Uganda (MScan), coordinating maternal health technology projects that reached over 2,000 mothers annually, and as a Research Assistant for the NAMA Project, supporting renewable energy adoption through baseline surveys and stakeholder engagement. He has also served as Accountant/Operations Manager at Big Zone Investment Ltd, streamlining financial operations and reporting.

Beyond his professional roles, Atwiine mentors emerging innovators as part of Youth Start-Up Academy Uganda and promotes data science and AI in Uganda as Country Ambassador for Zindi Africa and Applied Machine Learning Days (AMLD).

He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, with additional professional training at UMI and PMI.
