Azzan Mustafa Ndolo
Azzan Mustafa Ndolo grew up in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where he witnessed how limited access to opportunities and quality education can restrict young people from reaching their full potential. Over the past four years, he has mobilised communities, coordinated campaigns, and supported initiatives aimed at helping youth learn, grow, and lead.
He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Accountancy at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy while actively leading youth-focused projects. As a Marketing and Project Coordinator at Mwanga Wa Kesho Initiative, Azzan has organised events such as Kutana na Kesho Yako and Mwanga Bazaar, connecting over 500 young people with mentorship, career guidance, and entrepreneurial opportunities. In this role, he has also secured sponsorships to sustain youth programs. His advocacy work includes contributing to campaigns such as the Silent Walkathon for Earthquake Survivors and the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, as well as representing Tanzanian youth on international platforms including the World Bank End Poverty Campaign and the FEMNET Beijing+30 Consultation.
Azzan is also a co-creator of KakaHub, a digital platform that connects African youth with scholarships, fellowships, and career opportunities. As a YALI RLC East Africa Fellow, Michigan Fellow, and UPG Sustainability Leader, he continues to strengthen his leadership, finance, and project management skills to empower young people and expand access to opportunities across Africa.
