Dimessi Bukasa Wa Mwahuka
Dimessi Bukasa Wa Mwahuka is a 20-year-old Congolese student with a strong passion for business management, education, leadership, and community empowerment. Born in Kipushi, Democratic Republic of Congo, he is currently an applicant to the University of Pretoria. He was most recently a learner at the Kamoa Centre of Excellence, in partnership with Enterprises University of Pretoria, where he studied English, workplace skills, and entrepreneurship.
Dimessi leads several youth initiatives, including a weekly English club through which he helps young people improve their communication skills and overcome language barriers. Since 2022, he has also volunteered with Lona Institute NGO, supporting an online community of over 200 people and promoting access to quality education. He is deeply committed to leadership development, effective communication, and community improvement.
His professional interests include teaching English, curriculum design, and youth development. Dimessi aspires to become a young African leader and project manager, and ultimately to establish a language and leadership center that will support young people in accessing global opportunities and building a stronger future.
