Esther Shaibu

Esther Shaibu is a passionate advocate for education, community development, and youth empowerment in Nigeria. With a background in Biology Education, she has actively engaged in teaching, volunteering, and children’s ministry, including organising lessons and outreach programs in rural communities. Through these experiences, she has developed strong interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills.

She is committed to using her knowledge and experience to create meaningful societal impact, particularly in the areas of education and family development. Esther seeks to join the Global Thinkers Forum Mentorship Program to learn from experienced mentors, expand her professional network, and further develop the skills needed to drive positive change in her community. She is eager to contribute her energy, dedication, and perspective to the GTF community while continuing to learn and grow through this unique mentorship opportunity.
