Khadija Hamouchi

Khadija is from Belgium.

Khadija Hamouchi is a development diplomat, focusing on negotiating transformational solutions implementation in emerging countries. She is currently a programme specialist at the International Telecommunication Union (Arab States Office), the United Nations specialised technology agency.

An expert in experience capitalisation and pedagogue at heart, she is interested in harnessing organisational learning for the effectiveness of the delivery and implementation of international cooperation programmes. Albeit sector-agnostic, she has expertise across digital transformation, education, and innovation. Between 2015 and 2021, Khadija adventured into tech entrepreneurship by creating an Award-winning and Google-funded newsletter platform, called “Jawla News”.

She completed her education across 4 universities in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Belgium, and the Netherlands. She completed her Master in Education at Goldsmiths College, the University of London in 2013.
