Global Advisor, How Women Lead & Ex-CEO, European Women on Boards

Kristen is from the USA.

Kristen is currently a member of the Leadership Committee of How Women Lead, a Global Advisor for Women Leaders for the World Program and an Advisory Board Member for WOBAL and Jenny Garrett Global.

Formerly, she dedicated four years as the Vice Chair and then CEO of European Women on Boards (EWOB). 

From 2016-2021, Kristen was Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Barilla and had been a member of its D&I Board since its formation in 2013.  Kristen reported to the CEO of Barilla and led the international D&I Board. 

After a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Kristen worked in the Food Industry for over 25 years, leading various R&D teams in diverse geographies such as Australia, Germany, China, India, South Africa, Singapore, Italy and originally the USA and lived in 6 different countries.
