Marcia Pregal
Marcia Pregal was born in Brazil to a Portuguese father and a Brazilian mother and grew up in São Paulo, where she was immersed in multicultural values of discipline, respect, and ethics while attending a German school. At the age of 23, driven by determination and inspired by her parents’ resilience, she moved to Australia for a year to improve her English and gain corporate experience. This formative experience shaped her global outlook and contributed to her fluency in English and Spanish.
Her career spans more than 20 years across Brazil, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with professional experience at global organisations such as BP, Herman Miller, and Buro Happold. Today, Marcia combines this extensive background with her passion for financial empowerment through an inclusive money coaching practice grounded in quantum leadership principles. She specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals and cross-border families in achieving financial clarity and long-term resilience.
Deeply committed to social impact, Marcia volunteers as Treasurer Trustee for a local school PTA, serves as Event Lead for TEDx Bath, works as a Mental Health First Aider, and participates in community initiatives such as plogging and HCPT pilgrimages. Her mission is to empower individuals and communities through financial literacy and meaningful engagement.
