Paulina Vandavanda is a driven and curious individual with a profound interest in defence, security, and state strategy. Losing her parents at a young age shaped her resilience, adaptability, and sense of responsibility, which continue to guide her personal and professional journey.

Paulina holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and has completed specialized training in Leadership and Social Innovation at the Catholic University of Lisbon. Her professional background includes project coordination, stakeholder management, and fostering collaboration between communities and institutions.

While she has honed her skills in areas like peacebuilding and community empowerment, her passion lies in contributing to Mozambique’s security and stability. She aspires to deepen her understanding of defence and security, focusing on preserving peace and territorial integrity.
