She serves in a senior role at the health sector, where she leads and supports information technology operations that are critical to healthcare service delivery.
With a solid background in computer systems, hardware and software support, IT infrastructure, and user support services, Rana has played a key role in improving the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of IT services across multiple environments. Her responsibilities include managing technical teams, overseeing maintenance of computers and peripherals, implementing software solutions and ensuring business continuity in challenging and resource-limited environments.
In addition to her role, Rana is the President of KAAP, where she provides strategic leadership, supports professional development initiatives, and contributes to advancing technology and innovation within the community. She was chosen for the Best Partner Award among 54 countries.
She is also the Founder of Codeable, an initiative focused on empowering youth with disabilities through technology, coding, and digital skills, with a strong emphasis on capacity building and practical learning.
